Delays are not our responsibility. Incase a package is lost contact us.
EXCHANGE
We provide size exchange only for unused and undamaged items within 14 days of the shipment date.
The items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags, and in their original packaging. Additionally, there should be no signs of stains or odours. Please note that we do not provide free returns and you will have to cover the cost of delivery when returning the package.
If an item is returned in a damaged state, it may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
All tracking numbers are sent to the mail you made your purchase with within 24 hours. Keep in mind that some mails may end up in your spam folder, incase you can't find your mail check the spam folder!
NOTE: If you have made a purchase that is a preorder, your tracking number will sent within 7-10 business days.
