Shipping: We ship with PostNord Express Delivery to all EUROPE nations, UK & US.

Returns:

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return all items that haven't been worn or damaged within 14 days of the shipment date.

The items should be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and packaging. They should not have any stains or odors.

If any items are returned damaged, they may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not provide free returns and you will have to cover the cost of delivery when returning the package. If your order is incorrect or faulty, please contact us via exciteclo@hotmail.com.

When returning the items, use a service that provides a tracking number and insurance since we are not responsible for any delayed or lost packages.

The refund will be issued back to the original payment method only for the returned items, not the delivery.

All tracking numbers are sent to the mail you made your purchase with within 24 hours. Keep in mind that some mails may end up in your spam folder, incase you can't find your mail check the spam folder!

NOTE: If you have made a purchase that is a preorder, your tracking number will sent within 7-10 business days.
